After you place your order
Once your KeraGenis order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details. When your package ships, a second email will include your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How to track
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for your shipping confirmation email.
- Use the tracking link or number provided in that email.
- Multi-bottle packages ship free within the US and typically arrive within a few business days of dispatch.
